OUR COMMITMENT & SALON POLICIES

At Magnolia Nails & Spa, we are known for our exceptional cleanliness, professional care, and thoughtful attention to detail. Our highly trained team uses non-toxic, organic, and wellness-focused products to support nail health and overall comfort. Hygiene and sanitation are treated with the highest priority to ensure every visit feels safe, relaxing, and refined.

To ensure a pleasant experience for all guests, we kindly ask you to note the following:

  1. We proudly stand behind our work. Should any issue arise with dip, gel, acrylic, Gel-X, liquid gel, or Dazzle Dry within 7 days, we will gladly correct it at no charge.
  2. We maintain a respectful environment and reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone displaying inappropriate or disrespectful behavior toward our team.
  3. Services are non-refundable. However, if you have any concerns, please notify our manager promptly so we may thoughtfully address them.
  4. Pricing is clearly listed on our menu. We encourage guests to confirm service details with their technician prior to beginning.
  5. Nail art is priced according to design complexity and time required. We invite guests to confirm pricing with their technician prior to application.
  6. If you are unsure which service best suits your needs, our salon manager will be happy to assist you.
  7. For Dazzle Dry, please confirm your color selection before application. Due to the nature of the system, colors cannot be changed once applied.
  8. Long or extended nail lengths are more susceptible to breakage and are not guaranteed.
